I work at a college and one of my students a single mom of three was struggling to come to school, work and care for her small children. So, I recently bought another house and had still the first one not sold so I let her move into the house to be closer to school and work. However, I am not able to continue to pay two mortgage payments and the housing authority has her on a long waiting list. I dont want to make any profit from the house I just want it to be used for charity. I would love for someone to buy the house and let her stay or give it to her to pass on to some other needy individual once she finishes school and is on her feet again. The house is a four bedroom two bath brick home and I have it paid down to only owe $85,000 payoff. I am a disabled mom with MS and my husband is also disabled. We have 3 sons,and we can't catch up on our bills.We were okay until my oldest son stop getting his ssdi from us. But we still hanged on. we are renting a house from a person who don't know the meaning of hiring someone who knows what they are doing. For example since I have MS I am heat sentive so A/C is a must for me.
Well all summer I had to stay in my room because only room with a/c unit that worked. He put a a/c himself in the living room that stick out thru the garage. I only rented from him since we have 2 dogs and we had them as pups and I can't give them away. Our rent is 1150 and this month I couldnt pay it, so I am still owing for sept. Our room got flooded when a pipe broke somewhere and our bed got wet and tv and alot of other things.. all he cared about is his rent.
He knows he will not have renters like us, since when we moved in, the house was still in need of repairs, we stood by it, our 1yr lease expires in oct but we have no money to move out and we are late in alot of bills. We started to borrow against our ssdi chks and that was the wrong thing to do. The fees caught up with us, and now we are way too far in deep to recover.
I really need some help. If I can just catch up one month's worth, $1150.00 I know we will be able to be in the black and not in the red... as we have been for the last 3 months.
We are selling all valubles we own and still that isn't enought.. I hate to ask but can someone just give me some help... I will promise to pay back but it will be in small payments.
My credit card is way max over, now in the point of not getting it back, my credit is not great and it just seems to get worse. I am either in the hospital from a flare up or my husband is.. like we take turns. I would hate to see the day when we both are in at the same time.
My landlord is almost impossible to get a hold of to do repairs, he wants to do it himself. To save money. He has a brand new house and don't really care about this house we are renting from him. We only rented since he accepted our dogs, but it looks like we are going to have to find an apartment that will take us and our dogs but no money for that. our dogs are mini dashaund act tuff but just little winner dogs.. under 15lbs ea.. so what am i to do..
we had to pay 300.00 for each dog deposit, that i know i will never get back. we save and saved.. and it's all gone.
HELP????Please!!
